If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 15 days of the purchase date.
This doesn’t cover returns for:
- Ordinary wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use or accidents.
You can return purchases by mail or at our retail location, regardless of whether you made your purchase online, by phone or at our retail location.
You must have a proof of purchase for all returns.
Items must be in like new condition with all parts and packing materials. If you send merchandise that is damaged or altered, it will be returned at your expense.
Returning By Mail
If you return or exchange a product by mail, it is recommended that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Customers are requested to call us at 712-338-2652 for a return authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.
To return an order by mail:
- Include a copy of your proof of purchase
- Return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package
- Items must be in like new condition with all parts and packing materials
If returned merchandise does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
